Clinical Observations, Of The Charge Garnet Films Antidiabetic Lipid Metabolism

Objective:To investigate the clinical curative effect and safety of HeLiupian in Patientswith Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus complicated Hyperlipidemia. And comparison withTang Zhikang explore the mechanism and offer the scientific basis for the furtherimprovement and clinic application of traditional Chinese herb medicine HeLiupian.Methods:50 cases of Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus complicated Hyperlipidemia, who belong tothe symptom-complex of deficiency of both vital energy and yin and phlegm orstagnant blood internal resistance, are randomly divided into trial-phage group andcomparison group. All the patients receive the Chinese drug treatment on the basis ofprevious cures. The patients in the trial-phage group take HeLiupian and comparisongroup take TangZHikang. After eight weeks, we compare the differences betweengroups, including the symptoms and some inspections, and study the data withstatistical analyses.Results:1 glycometabolism aspect: Both trial-phage group and comparison grouphave showed statistical significance in terms of decrease cf FPG,2HPG,HbA_1C after the treament. Furthermore, the decline of HbA_1C in thetrial-phage group is more sharp than that in the comparison group.2 lipid metabolism aspect: Both trial-phage group and comparison groupcan degrade TG and LDL. with. statistical analysissignificance. Furthermore, the decline of LDL in the trial-phage group isless sharp than that in the comparison group. In addition, both groupscouldn't degrade TC, the statistical analysis isn't very obvious. Andtrial-phage group could step up HDL, but comparison group couldn't.3 The total effective rate of trial-phage group in the symptom-signs,83.33%, with statistical analysis, is the same as that of comparison group.4 All the patients's clinical symptoms, such as polyphagia,polydipsia,debilitation,palpitation and insomnia,chest distress and so on, havebeen improved in the some degrees after eight weeks.5 There are no badness and side-dffect in both groups.Conclusions:1 Heliupian can effectively improve the symptom-signs.2 Heliupian can obviously improve glycometabolism and lipid metabolismfunction, significantly decline blood glucose and blood-fat, improvepatient's quality of life.3 There are no badness and side-dffect in both groups.
