Objective: To explore the Role of taurine prevent Liver Damage by Chronic manganese poisoning , through in vivo. Methods: After adaptability breed for one week, SD rats were divided into four groups:①Control:injected physiological saline intraperitoneally;②Manganese:the levels designed according to dosage : 100mg/kg, 150mg/kg, 200mg/kg③Tau preclude: received ip. Injection of MnCl4·4H2O at equal pace injected different-dosages Tau(100mg/kg,150mg/kg,200mg/kg),(Mn+Tau) is 9 dosage-groups based on Factoriale experimental design;④Tau curatio:After Manganismus , SD rats received ip. Injection of Tau. Gouping designed as same as above. After succeeded to Manganismus and Tau preclude,Tau curatio the rat, the rats were sacrificed by Liver, concentration of MDA,and activity of SOD,GSH-PX,Ca2+-Mg2+-ATPase,Na+-K+-ATPase in Liver are measured. And review the alter of corpuscular morphous under microscope. The result analyzed by SPSS. Result:①High concentrations manganese could inhibition the activity of SOD,GSH-PX,Na+-K+-ATPase,Ca2+-Mg2+-ATPase,in rat liver tissues②concentration of MDA is decreased in Tau preclude Rats'liver after curated by Tau; concentration of MDA is increased in Tau curatio Rats'liver after curated by Tau.③Tau preclude and curatio could resum the activity of SOD,GSH-PX,Na+-K+-ATPase,Ca2+-Mg2+-ATPase,to some extent .④Manganismus induce Damage of Liver Tissue, the damages are Balloon-like change,Steatosis, cytosolic pool, the water hepatocyte cell degeneration and necrosis, etc. Lobules to the center of the liver cells degenerative disease . Conlusions: The above experimental results to show that taurine can relieve and therapy Tissue Damage by manganese in liver.
