| Objective:To observe the therapeutic effect and the security of the law of WenyangHuoxue on patients with diabetic nephropathy (DN), and discuss its curativeeffect mechanism.Methods:Divide 63 patients into 3 groups, control group, treatment 1 group, treatment2 group. The control group 21 cases were treated with routine western medicine,while the treatment 1 group 20 cases with additional Wenyang Huoxue Tang on thebasis of control, the treatment 2 group 22 cases with Chinese natural herbs enemaon the basis of treatment 1 group.Results:1 For the total effective rate, the treatment 1 group was 75.0％, the treatment2 was 81.8％, the control group was 19.0％. By comparison, there's markeddifference between the three groups (P＜0.01, P＜0.05)2 The quantities of FPG, 2hPG, HbAlc in treatment 1 group and treatment 2 groupwere significantly decreased in contrast to those of control group (P＜0.05).3 The level of urinary protein in treatment 1 group and treatment 2 group wassignificantly decreased in contrast to that of control group (P＜0.05).4 BUN and Cr in treatment 1 group and treatment 2 group were greatly decreased(P＜0.05).5 The levels of TC and TG were significantly decreased in treatment 1 groupand treatment 2 group, compared with the control group (P＜0.05).6 The indexes of haemorheology were significantly decreased after treatmentin treatment 1 group and treatment 2 group (P＜0.05).7 The function was remarkable in treatment 1 group and treatment 2 group torelieve patients' symptoms, compared with the control group (P＜0.05).8 There were no badness and side-effect in three groups.Conclusion:It has better curative effect to treat diabetic nephropathy with WenyangHuoxue Tang and Chinese natural herbs enema, which can relieve patients' symptoms. |
