Inonotus obliquus (Pers. :Fr.) Pilat belongs to the pore fungus branchbrown to lie the hole bacteria. Inonotus obliquus(I. obliquus) distributes inNorth America, Finnish, Polish, Russian, Heilongjiang and Jilin Provinceof China. I. obliquus has the effects of the anti-tumor, anti-AIDS virus,the anti-sudden change, reducing the blood sugar and so on. I. obliquuscontains the massive pentacyclic triterpenes compound and the steroidcompound, pentacyclic triterpenes compound and the steroid have thefunction of improving the blood circulation, adjusting blood pressure,reducing the blood cholesterol, the clinical reseach indicates I. obliquushas the certain function to prevent with the treatment of hypertension.In recent years the study discovers that the I. obliquus polysaccharide hasthe suppression multiplication function to liver cancer cell line, butthe research of Inonotus obliquus which protectes to the cardiovascularfunction and the liver has not yet seen the report. Now world liverdepartment disease has become frequently-occurring disease, commondisease for human health, simultaneously it is higher than other diseasesto the human life threat. So it is essential to develop the medicine whichcan be the effective prevention treatment liver department damage. Inorder to study the treatment function of I. obliquus which protects to thecardiovascular and the liver, this experiment has done from two parts.At first we have carried on the liver protection experiment, theliver protection carries on the effective prevention, the enhancementhealth care without threatened the human health at the disease of theliver time, which makes the contribution for the human healthy. We usethe D-galactosamine and LPS to establish mouse acute hepatic failure,take the blood serum in aspartic acid amino transferase, the alanin aminotransferase and the liver organization hyperoxide mutase, the third dial,the Guguangantai peroxide enzyme as the determination target to carry on the experiment.This experiment is to raise menthol for I. obliquus, and to separatecompounds after each extraction part-petroleum ether extract, theethyl acetate extract. It carried on the smooth muscle cell activenessexperiment with the compounds.The results showed: (1)The petroleum ether and the ethyl acetateextractions have the good protective function to mouse's liver damage,which is the liver protection effective spot. (2)9 compounds had beengot after the further separate the output of the extraction of petroleumether and ethyl acetate by repeating silica gel column chromatography.There are 8 compounds could be identified according to physics andchemistry features, and by spectrum data analysis of 1H-NMR, 13C-NMR andMS. they are betulin (1),5, 6-dihydroergosterol (2),lanoserol (3),(inotodiol) 4,trametenolic acid (5),Mannitol (6),Nicotinic acid (7),3β, 22, 25-trihydroxy- lan osta-8-ene (8). (3)The WST-1 assay ofcompound 1, 2, 3, 4 and 6 showed the compound has the inhibitory actionto the rat aortic vascular smooth muscle cell viability, and assumesthe density dependence.
