Objective To study the effects of Qiyue hypolipidemic tablets(CEAA)onblood lipid metabolism in hyperlipidemia rats. Methods Wistar rats were divided into6 groups at random: normal contrast group, hyperlipidemic model group, positivecontrast group and CEAA 7.0,3.5,1.75g·kg-1 groups. These rats were continuously fed for four weeks. So the preventiveeffects of CEAA on experimental hyperlipidemic rats could be observed. After therats were fed with high-fat feed for one week, they were treated with 7.0,3.5, and1.75g·kg-1 doses of CEAA for three weeks.The therapeutical effects of CEAA on experimental hyperlipidemia in rats wereobserved. Results Every dose of CEAA could decrease the serumTG,TC,LDL-C,TC/HDL-C and LDL-C/HDL-C and AI in hyperlipidemic rats. Andthe theraputical dose of CEAA increased the serum HDL-C in experimentalhyperlipidemic rat mode 1. Conclusion CEAA have preventive and therapeuticaleffects in experimental hyperlipidemia rats.OBJECTIVE To study the effect of Qiyue hypolipidemictablets(QHT) on hypoxia-tolerance, thymus and spleen index of experimental mice.METHODS Observe the effect of QHT on survival time of mice with exposed tohypoxia, measured the Hb content, thymus and spleen index with normalhypoxia-tolerance experiment. RESULTS QHT could significantly extent thesurvival time of the mice with exposed to hypoxia, increace the Hb content, thymusand spleen index. CONCLUSION QHT has good hypoxia-tolerance actions andcould increase systemic immune function.
