Purpose:Investigate Oviductus Ranae enzymatic hydrolysis process and the Comparative Study before and after of pharmacological activity.Method:1 test on the enzyme hydrolysis technology of Oviductus RanaeThe monofactor test and the L9 (33) orthogonal test are used to select the best technique condition with viscosity as the index, while the enzyme dosage, the enzymolysis temperature and the enzymolysis time as the observation factors2 the effects of hypoxia toleranceThe mice in each group was observed survival time of atmospheric anti-anoxia;survival time of sodium nitrite poisoning; decapitated after pant time.3 the effects of anti-fatigue activitiesLoading swimming time, levels of liver glycogen, blood urea and blood lactic acid of the mice were detected.4 the effects of antioxidant activitiesIt was detected the activities of superoxide dismutase, glutathione reductase, and the malondiadehyde levels of blood and liver of mice5 the effects of anti-hyperlipidemiaThe weight, total cholesterol(TC) , triglycerides(TG) , high density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C)of the rats were determined.Result:The optimum enzymatic hydrolysis technology is obtained as follows: the enzyme dosage is 120 u/g,the enzymolysis temperature is 65℃and the enzymolysis time is 40 min. It demonstrates Oviductus Ranae and the fluid of hydrolyze have the great function in Anti-hyperlipidemia and their function is further enhanced by the technology of hydrolyze. Hypoxia activity comparison study found little effect Oviductus Ranae hypoxia, but digested the role of significant hypoxia.Comparison of anti-fatigue activity found Oviductus Ranae has obvious anti-fatigue activity of hydrolysates have some anti-fatigue activity. Comparison of antioxidant found Oviductus Ranae and its hydrolysates were with anti-oxidation, and antioxidant activity of hydrolysates further strengthened. Hypolipidemic activity comparison study found Oviductus Ranae and its hydrolysates were significant lipid-lowering effect.Conclusion:The viscosity of Oviductus Ranae reduces from 3127 mPa.s to 8.86 mPa.s and the production dissolubility and flowability are both better. The enzymatic hydrolysis technology is simple, stable and feasible. Oviductus Ranae has obvious anti-fatigue, anti-oxidation, lipid-lowering effect, and its hydrolysates with hypoxia tolerance, anti-fatigue, anti-oxidation, lipid-lowering effect. Oviductus Ranae is a good with a variety of pharmacological effects and health effects of natural products is worthy of further exploitation.
