Mailuoning Efficacy Of The Treatment Of Arteriosclerosis Obliterans

Objective: To investigate the clinical results curative effect of cases of arteriosclerotic occlusion by Mailuoning injection.Method: We treated 58 cases who have beendiagnosed ASO by injecting solution of 20ml Mailuoning injection and 250ml saline injection, qd, took two weeks as one course of treatment. After two courses of treatments, we observed the primary symptom, physical sign, microcirculation and hemodynamic changes.Results: 28cases fully recovered, the rate is 48.3％; 14 cases get clearly better, the rate is 24.1％; 10 cases get better, the rate is 17.2％; 6 cases no effect, the rate is 10.3％; 52 cases improved, the total effective rate is89.7％.Conclusions: Treating ASO by Mailuoning injection is satisfied.
