| Objective:To observe the clinical curative effect of treating interstitial pulmonary fibrosis disease with QiWeiDuQiWan and prednisone.Methods: 66 patients were divided into two groups randomly. 33 cases in the treating group were treated with QiWeiDuQiWan andprednisone, while the cases in the control group with prednisone only. Treatment for three months, every two weeks a follow-up meeting to observe the symptoms and the signs. Observing the arterial blood gas analysis ,the pulmonary function, and other related indicators in the frond and in the end of the observation. In the observation process, the treating group has 2 cases to fall off, the control group has 3 cases to fall off. In the end ,there were 61 patients completed the observation.Results:The total response rate of the treating group was 84.85%.The total response rate of the control group was 57.58%.The difference has significant deviation(P＜0. 05).Conclusion:The QiWeiDuQiWan can effectively improve the interstitial pulmonary fibrosis with the symptoms and signs, improve lung function also. No adverse effect was found in the clinical trial. |
