The comprehensive studies on the chemical constituents of aerial parts of the Lysimachia christinae Hance was described in this paper. It can clear fever, micturate, eliminate detumescence and so on. According to literature about Lysimachia chiristinae Hance that flavonoid can promote bile excreted notable, and eliminate stone. In order to isolate the bioactivity constituent, flavonoid was selected as determination target and different resins and preparation methods also have been selected. The result shows that flavonoid can be fully extracted by the solvent of water, AB-8 macroporous resin column chromatography and velum filtrate were more compatible for the flavonoid separation. This method can eliminate so many impurity such as chlorophyl. Three monomer compounds have been obtained. They are tricin-7-O-β-D-glucosides( I ), Epicatechin (II) and Quercetin(III). The tricin-7-O-β-D-glucosides( I ) and Epicatechin (II) were first isolated from Lysimachia chiristinae Hance. The main results are as follows:1. A simple but efficient method to completely isolate the flavonoid in Lysimachia chiristinae Hance was established. The Lysimachia chiristinae Hance decocted by water, filtrated by velum, than separated by macroporous resin column chromatography, and purified by different modern chromatography technique. Finally, the monomer compounds according with structural analysis can be obtained.2. The technique of velum filtrate applied to pharmacy can decrease the polluting of environment.3. The structure of three monomer compounds have been identified by UV,MS,1H-NMR,13C-NMR,HMBC and HSQC. They are tricin-7-O-β-D-glucosides( I ), Epicatechin (II) and Quercetin(III). The tricin-7-O-β-D-glucosides( I) and Epicatechin (II) were first first isolated from Lysimachia chiristinae Hance.
