To discuss the experimental efficacy and mechanisms of "Addition Yanghe Decoction" on prevention and treatment of angina pectoris.Methods:Rats were randomly divided into model group,normal group,masculine control guoup,large dose Addition Yanghe Decoction group and small Addition Yanghe Dceoction group.Rats were used to establish acute ischemia cardiac muscle model by Iso.and then serum NO contents were determined. After that,observe the time of lacking oxygen on small rats.Results: "Addition Yanghe Decoction" has good experimental efficacy on coronary heart disease.In model group NO contents and time of lacking oxygen decreased as compared with the normal group(P<0.01) , NO contents significantly increased in both the large dose and the small dose group as compared with those in the model group ,normal group,and the masculine control group:The time of lacking oxygen significantly increased in the large dose group as compared with those in the model group and the masculine control group. (both P<0.01)Conclusion: "Addition Yanghe Decoction" has good experimental efficacy on angina pectoris ,Increase of NO content and protect cafdiac muscle and improve the ability of endure the time of lacking oxygen are possibly one of the mechanisms of "Addition Yanghe Decoction" in preventing and treating coronary heart disease.
