On The Scavenging Of Hydroxyl Radicals From Astragalus 6 A Health Tea Experiment To Explore Its Anti-aging Effects

OBJECTIVE:To study the inhibition and scavenging action of the huangqiliuyi health protective tea extract on hydroxy free radical(?OH).METHODS: The inhabition and scavenging ability on huangqiliuyi health protective tea and the component of singly crude herbs was evaluated by means of chemical method in models for generation of hydroxy free radical from fention.RESULTS: The results showed that huangqiliuyi health protective tea and the component of singly crude herbs had signifcant inhabition and scavenging effection on Hydroxyl free radicals.The scavenging ability changed with the chang of concentration.The scavenging activity on Hydroxyl free radicals differed in the following order:huangqiliuyi health protective tea group>huangqigancao group>huangqi group> gancao group .
