Spectroscopy is an effective method in analyzing structure, component and content of substances due to its high sensitivity. It can diagnose diseases in level of molecule from the changes of tissues, blood and secretion. Compared to other methods, It has non-destructive,non-invading and high-automatization in medicinal diagnosis. In addition it may be used as a potential tool for diagnosing tomour in early stage.Early diagnosis is very important to tomour patients' effective treatment and extending their lives, especially for the lung tomour patients , the tumor often has been advanced when they are diagnosed, early diagnosis devotes to the surrival of them. The conventional detection method has lower sensitivity, weaker specificity, less accuracy and other disadvantages. The spectra technology provides a new inverstigation for the forepart diagnosis of tumour. However, at present the researchers almost diagnose the advanced tumour samples to carry on the spectral analysis, which can not truly realize the early diagnosis.Lung tumour was studied in the paper by spectra technique. In order to find a way of early diagnosis and assistant diagnosis to lung tumour, the charactristic information of the tumour was got by experiment such as: collecting and processing the sanmple of lung tumour, collecting and analysing the spectra, e.g. The main content of this paper are presented as follows:Design a certain of scientific collection and treatment scheme of the samples of lung tomour. The kind of samples is overall and abundant, through which can not only do the lengthways comparation in the samples of the same lung tumour patients , but also can transversely compare in the differend kind of tumour samples.Have set up the tissue sample experimental model of the lung tumour, Gathering the patient's normal tissue, tumor border tissue and tumor centre tissue, which simulate the course of tumor's sprouts, tumor's development, and tumor's ripe. Researching it will offer much evidence for the lung tomour assitant diagnosis.The serum, liquid in thorax and phlegm sample experimental model of the patient of lung tumour by collecting the serum, liquid in thorax and phlegm samples were also established, which simulate the course of tumor's sprouts, tumor's development, tumor's ripe. Early diagnosis of lung tumour will achieve more by studying it.The method to get better raman spectra was found in the experiment : the samples is Frost sections, the exciting laser is green which wavelength is 532nm, measuring in short time.The raman spectra of lung tissue was investigated , and the results indicate that malignant tumor tissue and non-malignant tumor tissue exist dividing boundary in 1392 cm-1,1450 cm-1,1523cm-1 wave band , the intensity's ratio of tissue exist dividing boundary in 0.701,1.432,0.421, malignant tumor tissue produces four wave numbers blue shift in 1392 cm-1,1523cm-1 wave band , compared with normal tissue.From raman spectra and absorption spectra prilimanry investigation on lung tomour's serum, liquid in thorax and phlegm samples, the correlative conclusion were drawn.
