In this paper, two models with the infectors are divided into two parts in an area and the model of the Aids which the infectors are also divided into two parts are studied. The main results of the paper are, using stability theory, we study the equilibrium points' stability of two kinds special SI1I2 systems and the equilibrium points' stability of the Four-dimension Aids system.The paper consists of four chapters:In chapter 1, the meaning of study the infections disease dynamics and introduced the historical of the biological mathematics.In chapter 2, some definitions and preliminary theorems are introduced.In chapter 3, we study two kinds of three-dimension SI1I2 models which the incidence is different. We get the endemic equilibrium points and no sick equilibrium points are overall stability by construct Liapunov founction.In chapter 4, we study the model of Aids, we get the no sick equilibrium point is overall stability and the endemic equilibrium point is local stability.
