ObjectiveDesign a new system to test the stability of lumbar vertebra. In application to ox lumbar to test the stability after graded posterior element removal.Discussing the feasibility of intraoperative testing by this system.MethodIt is first taking pulling pressure sensor as a key, design and make a system meet the application of introperative stability test. Then to test the ox lumbar stability after graded removaling.ResultThis system can carry out the measure for animal specimen completely, also can measure the patient intraoperatively. The vertebra little joint of ox as well as vertebra board in maintain spina bend to stretch stability on have played a important role. Vertebra board and the flava ligament adhere it on the resistance role that plays more part in stretching than bending, and bilateral vertebra little joints have played the most important role that exceeds 40%.If amputating bilateral vertebra little joints, the stability influence in certain scope is the biggest.ConclusionOx backbone rear structure for keep to bend stretch direction stability play the part of the most important role. This system can be used in the operation.
