Objective : This experiment on rats with severe acute pancreatitis berberine plasma endotoxin and tumor necrosis factor-αin immune regulation with a view point l o w e r m o r t a l i t y i n s e v e r e a c u t e p a n c r e a t i t i s .Methods :Jiamusi University animal laboratory rats for 60, 250g to 300g, wererandomly divided into three groups, A control group B, sample group C treatment group. Group B and C caused by severe acute pancreatitis. After the success of the model 12 hours, 24 hours, 48 hours, the rats were detected in plasma endotoxin, Tumor necrosis factor-αand serum amylase level, and the mortality records; 48 hours in the pancreas of the rats were examined.Results : The model at various time points B, C and serum amylase A significant difference (P <0.05); each time point B, C and A plasma endotoxin levels were significantly (P <0.05); A tumor necrosis factor-αlevels were significantly (P <0.05); In 12,24, Group B of the 48-hour time point of plasma endotoxin, tumor necrosis factor-αlevels were higher than Group C a significant difference (P <0.05); After the 24-hour model. Group C 48-hour survival rate higher than that of group B (P <0.05), Group C and Group B in rat pancreatic injury light.Conclusion : Berberine can significantly reduce the severe acute pancreatitis in rats plasma endotoxin and tumor necrosis factor-α. thereby reducing rat pancreas injury, the survival rate of rats, a treatment for severe acute pancreatitis.
