Objective:To explore the distribution of the signs and sympotoms of svndromc of primary dysmenorrhea(PD)and to consummate the diagnostic standard of the Chinese medical science differentiation of sympotoms and signs of PD.Method.On the foundation which checks related articles and books extensively,combines the authoritative syndrome differentiation certificate of present stage,and ask tbr experts' opinions. design 'the investigate form for PD symptom-sign of PD'.Refering to the method in proportion. at random,demixing and cluster sampling:among 1074 female ones.at the basis of disease history,clinical appearance and gynecologic exarnination,bringing 671 PD patients into the study.Ask for help of covariance software of the SPSS14.0,firstly use frequency to analysis main composing factors' concretely distribution of syndrome from the one dimensional level. Then use Hierarchical cluster method to classify the syndrorne differentiation factors of each case,find out index of four examination techniques which match each clinic syndrome type as the syndrome differentiation.The correlation between type of syndrome and signs and symptoms were analyzed by binary logistic stepwise regression analysis method.Result:1 The frequency analysis shows that there are ten symptoms are the most common symptoms in the whole PD patients.They are soreness and weakness of waist and knees,menses obstruction,purpure and black menses,feeling bloated and pain,feeling cold and pain,being agitated,fear of cold,liking worm,breast bloated,weary and tired.The few symptoms are fever-low,urine yellow and little,palpitation,more limpid urine,breathe hard and not like talking,menses few and scattered,light red menses,scorching hot and pain.2 The result of Hierarchical cluster shows that the common typise of syndrome are Qi Stagnation and Blood Stasis,Cold Congealation and Blood Stasis.Asthenia of Qi and Blood Stasis,Integration of Blood Stasis and Over Heat.3 The essential factors of symptoms and signs of Qi Stagnation and Blood Stasis are feeling bloated and pain,menses obstruction,being agitated,taut pulse。The essential factors of symptoms and signs of Cold Congealation and Blood Stasis are feeling cold and pain,purpure and black menses,fear of cold,retarded pulse。The essential factors of symptoms and signs of Asthenia of Qi and Blood Stasis are weary and tired,underbelly tenesmus,dim tongue,weakness pulse。The essential factors of symptoms and signs of Integration of Blood Stasis and Over Heat are menses thick,menometrorrhagia,red tongue.Conclusion:There are four types of syndrome of differentiation of symptoms and signs of PD.The primary factors of symptoms and signs of Qi Stagnation and Blood Stasis are feeling bloated and pain,menses obstruction,being agitated,taut pulse and the secondary factors are insomnia,depression,headache.menses scanty,deep pulse,breast bloated.The primary factors of symptoms and signs of Cold Congealation and Blood Stasis are feeling cold and pain.purpure and black menses,fear of cold.retared pulse and the secondary factors are sharp pain.like warm,foot and hand cool.soreness and weakness of waist and knees.uneven pulse whitish and greasy fur.The primary factors of symptoms and signs of Asthenia of Qi and Blood Stasis are weary and tired,underbelly tenesmus,dim tongue,weakness pulse and the secondary factors are liking kneading,weary and tired,dizzy,having diarrhea.light tone.The primary factors of symptoms and signs of Integration of Blood Stasis and Over Heat are menses thick, menometrorrhagia,red tongue and the secondary factors are having aphtha.thirsty.acne.yellow fur.quick pulse.smooth pulse.
