Sfi Liquid Adjuvant Therapy After Surgery Iii Non-small Cell Lung Cancer Clinical Research

To study the effect of chemotherapy assisted with Shenqi Fuzheng Injection(SFI) on the pa tients after operation with non-small cell lung cancer(NSCLC) ofⅢA stage. Methods: Sixty patients with NSCLC ofⅢA stage were all treated with "NP" chemotherapeutic protocol of four cycle, to the thirty patients in the treated group among them with additional medication of SFI simultaneously. The changes on quality of life(QOL), immuno-function and hemato-logical toxicity of therapy were observed between the two groups. Results: After chemotherapy QOL of the treated group was better than that of the control. Hemato-logical toxicity of therapy in the treated group were lower than those in the control group showing significant difference. Besides, immuno-function of the treated group was better than that of the control too. Conclusion: The injection Shen-qifuzheng combined with chemotherapy to treat the patients with NSCLC ofⅢA stage can alleviate the side of chemotherapy, improve the clinical symptom and immuno-function, and protecting hematogenic function of medulla.
