Objective: To study the effect of BuShen Chinese medicine in NO-cGMPpathway of Erectile function in Diabetic rats.Method: 70 Male wister rats with normal Erectile function wereinjected with steptozozin(SZZ) to make experimental models ofdiabetes mellitus(DM). then injected with apomorphine in all of theDMrats to select erectile dysfunction rats models with diabetes.The 10 normal rats isthe Normal group. The BuShen Chinese medicinegroups is divided into three groups, high group, low group, medicinegroup. the method of nitric acid reductase was used to study theeffect of BuShen Chinese medicine on the NOS. iNOS in the penis ofrats.Restults: BuShen Chinese medicine has some effects in promoting theErectile function of Diabetic rats. These effects probablycorrelated with the effects of BuShen Chinese medicine function inpromoting the NO-cGMP pathway of Erectile function. It is worthy ofdeeper investigation.
