Statistics showed that the processed product of Chuanxiong, Fangfeng and Baizhi have the highest frequency in headache treatment in ancient times. Therefore, not only may regard these three medicines as the compound prescription of Zhixiong disperses and Fangfengbaizhi pills, moreover has the reason to believe three medicines combination have accurately effect to the migraine treatment.2. Traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine have carried on the generalized analysis to migraine pathogenicity and the pathogenesis from different angles. Summarized prevention and treatment medicine that is commonly used in clinical migraine. 3. Each medicine in compound prescription has carried literature research on chemistry, analysis and pharmacology. The main chemical and its type has been clear about in each medicine, simultaneously, we summarized each principal constituent and the anti-migraine correlation pharmacological action.Chapter 2: Study on ingredient combination of Chuanxiongfangfengbaizhi Prescription1. According to the literature research on chemical compositions and pharmacological action, as well as this topic group former research foundation in recent years. Constituent A and so on not only is the main constituents, moreover has the certain pharmacological action, is the main effective components. Therefore, takes these 7 constituents to preparation ingredient combination as the research object.2. By the solvent extraction on the chemical composition and the silica gel, ODS column chromatographic isolation. Mass spectrum and nuclear magnetic resonance were used in compound structure identification. Obtained compound A, B, C and so on.3. The HPLC were used to carry on the content determination methodology inspection for the principal constituent, and has determined the average content in each principal component.4. The result indicated that, all constituents have the vasodilatation effect which is evoked by KCl. Furthermore, the constituents' combination also similarly has the vasodilatation effect on thoracic aorta rings but its function intensity obviously is higher than individual constituent except constituent G.6. In the foundation of the rat's which tests to the thoracic aorta, we observed the effect of the main constituents and constituents' combination on rabbits' isolated basilar artery rings evoked by KCl. The result showed that, the 5 constituents have the rabbit which the varying degree resistance KCl is the result of to isolated basilar artery contraction function except constituent A and B. In view of the result of rats', we have adjusted the proportion of constituent G in the combination sample, prepared another ingredient combination sample P2 for the experiment. The result discovered that two ingredients combinations' effect of vasodilatation was all higher than single constituent. Meanwhile, we discovered that the EC₅₀ of P2 (14μg·ml^-1) is not only lower than P1 (23μg·ml^-1), but also greatly lower than other single constituent. So, the adjustment of ingredient combination sample in proportion, may improve the ingredient combination's biological activity.7. It prompts us, the ingredient combination sample possibly is through the multi- ways and the multi-targets spot plays its vasoconstriction role. Further studies on the blood vessel active mechanism of ingredient combination have the vital significance.In brief, according the research not only has been clear about single constituent blood vessel activeness, moreover further has been clear about the main components combination's blood vessel activeness.
