Zhen Yang Hole Clinical Practices With The Local Anatomy

This research had researched the normalization of the best depth and angle of needling on the Acupoint of Zhenyang, and observed the local dissection of the Acupoint of Zhenyang. This research also provides the morphological foundation and normalization suggestion for the clinical genetics.Objectives: To determine the best depth and angle of needling on the Acupoint of Zhenyang, and to observe the local dissection of the Acupoint of Zhenyang. Methods: To determine the location on the body surface of the acupoint and to measure the depth and the angle which between the needle and the Coronal plane, the between the needle and the sagittal plane when acupoint on the acpoint of Zhenyang.So to norm the operation of the clinical genetics. To have the local human anatomy on the acupoint of Zhenyang, and to take vivid photos on the skin, muscle and the tissue belowe the gluteus maximus, and fix the possible nerves, muscle and the blood vesse which the needle can meet when acupunct into the acuponit of Zhenyang, then measure the distance between the skin which the needle stab into and the ligamentum, and between the skin which the needle stab into and the pudendal nerve. To measure the the angle which between the needle and the Coronal plane, the between the needle and the sagittal plane when acupoint on the acpoint of Zhenyang.In the end to fix the anatomy basis of the special feeling of acupunting into the acupoint of Zhenyang, and approach the mechanization of treating asynodia. Results: The best depth of needling on the Acupoint of Zhenyang is (74.7±3.7) mm, the needle should be paralleled to the horizontal plane, the best angle which between the needle and the Coronal plane is( 65.2±0.3)°, and the between the needle and the sagittal plane is (79.8±0.9)°when acupoint on the acpoint of Zhenyang.The atomic structure which the needle can meet when stabed into are skin, superficial fascia, ligamentum and the pudendal nerve. the distance between the skin which the needle stab into and the ligamentum, is (72.2±0.2)mm and between the skin which the needle stab into and the pudenda] nerve is (80.2±0.1 ) mm.Conclusion: We should have a specific depth and angle when acupounct into the acupoint of Zhenyang, to make it sure to get the specific feeling of acupunting. The main reason of getting the specific feeling of acupunting is the needle may touch the pudendal nerve.
