Clinical Research On The Treatment Of Severe Acne Vulgaris With Local Multiple-superficial Needling

Objective : Through this clinical research,to observe the therapeutic effect differences between the treatment of local multiple-superficial needling joining body needing to severe acne vulgaris with the treatment of body needing. Methods: 60 cases of patients were divided into two groups at random, 30 cases belong to the treat group(multiple-superficial needling joining body needing)and the other 30 cases belong to the control group (body needing). After two course of treatment, using improved Samuelson's 9-grade disease classification method to classificate the disease and comparing the effectual rate and the total effective rate between the two groups. Results: Both of the two groups produce better curative effects on acne vulgaris. The total effective rate of the treatment group is 93.3% and that of the control group is 70.00%. There is marked difference between the two grous (p﹤0.05). The effectual rate of the treatment group is 53.3%,and the control group is 13.33%. conclusion: The treatment group was significantly better than the control group. The local multiple-superficial needling joining body needing can improve the treatment efficiency, comparing with the body group, so this method deserves to be the promotion of use of.
