This thesis has been described for the determination of As (Ⅲ)and As(Ⅴ) in Chinese traditional patent medicine by flow injection hydridegeneration atomic absorption spectrometry after fraction by HCl solution andseparation with high performance liquid chromatograph.The fraction of inorganic arsenics in Chinese traditional patent medicinewere soluted by HCl, the extract percentage is about 90%.With the use ofpaired ion chromatography of HPLC, the reserve of As in C18 is raised. Themethods have good stability and repeatability than ion exchangechromatograph and gel chromatograph have. With the first use ofFI-HG-AAS in Chinese traditional patent medicine, the results is satisfied,for example, the detection limit was found to be 84.9ng/L, the RSD was1.44%-2.56%, the recovery range of As(Ⅲ) and As(Ⅴ) was 95.1%-103.4%and 98.3%-103.5% Analysis contents of As (Ⅲ) and As (Ⅴ) in Chinesetraditional patent medicine. the method has the advantages of simpleoperation, high precision, good repeatability and low interference and can beapplied for the determination of trance amounts arsenics in Chinesetraditional patent medicinewe get reliable method for systemic research in As (Ⅲ) and As (Ⅴ) intraditional Chinese medicines and morphological analysis. The methodsmore importantly offer detection-method for producing traditional Chinesemedicines and clinic-drug-research.
