| Heart ,stomach and intestine are important human zang-fu visceras,they have cloth associations with each other in pathophysiology .By studying and analying Chinese medical literatures and case reports of famous physicians in Qing Dynasty,we find there is correlation between Yangming and heart governing blood and vessels.Research of the correlations facilitate the prophylaxis,treatment and convalescence of cardiovascular diseases.Recently the theory of dual treatment of heart and stomach appears and is used to treat some diseases,which should be collected and arranged.This text consists of part of theories and case histories study.Theories study is divided into two parts. First, readng the pertinent ancient literatures,explaining the physical correlation between heart and Yangming and the pathological correlation between Yangming and heart governing blood and vessels. Investigating the application of the correlation between heart and Yangming in differentiation of syndromes,principle-method and recipe-medicines.Second, studying the correlation between heart and stomach– intestine.Explaining the relationship between disease of cardiovascular system and stomach intestine system in symptom and pathogenesy ,discusssing the material foundation of Chinese medical comorbidity of heart and stomach in Western medicine.The study of case reports: By collecting and coordinating the case histories of heart and stomach diseases in WuJutong Yi'an ,Lin Zheng Zhinan Yi'an, Xu Mingyi Leian,Ding Ganren Yi'an,Zhang Yuqing Yi'an and Zengping Liujia Sixuan Yi'an, statistically analysing the dose of medication and disease patterns,it is approve that there is close correlation between heart and yangming.1.The manifestation of physical relativitionship between heart governing blood and vessels and Yangming is: heart and stomach have relativity in location, meridian, five phases and qi movement. Heart governing blood and vessels dominates and regulates the physical condition of yangming; qi and blood transformation of stomach nourishes heart; down movement of qi in yangming affects heart governing blood and vessels.2.The manifestation of pathological relativity of heart governing blood and vessels and yangming is:yangming plays a important role in arising,developing,and prognosising in pathologic state of heart; some common symptoms appear when caught heart and yangming diseases.3.Western medicine research indicate the material foundation of the relativity between heart and stomach in nerve system,hormone level and pathogenic microorganism.4.By studying case reports and coronary artery disease summarizations,we prove the theory of the relativity between heart and Yangming has been used in clinical practice widely,especially in the treatment of disease of cardiovascular system. Conclusion:there is relativity between heart governing blood and vessels and yangming.The method of regulating heart and stomach can be used in treating many diseases.Considering yangming in treatment of heart disease is very important in clinic. |
