Benevolence The Stomach Particle Treatment Of Chronic Atrophic Gastritis And Clinical Studies

[Objective]Ren-zhu jianwei granula which can benefit qi, invigorate the spleen , activate blood and clearing heat has been used to remedy Gastric precancerous lesions. This thesis is to prove clinical effect and action mechanism of the granula from Molecule and biology perspective.[Methods] In this study , twenty-nine patients of precancerous lesionsof chronic atrophic gastritis were treated with Ren-zhu jianwei granula, and the clinical pathological effects and rate of COX2-convert were compared with those of the twenty-three patients treated with WeiFuChun Tablet and H. pylori-eradicating rate was observed.[Result ] Clinical research showed that in Ren-zhu jianwei granula thenotable effective rate was 69.0%, and the total effective rate was 86. 2%;While the notable effective rate was 34. 5%and the total effective rate was 69. 0%, in WeiFuChun Tablet group .The total effective rate of pathologic effect was 72.4% in Ren-zhu jianwei granula, while the rate was 37. 9% WeiFuChun Tablet group. C0X₂ of two groups[Discussion] According to the analysis, Ren-zhu jianwei granula cannot only ameliorate clinical symptom, but also reverse pathologic station effectively. And the effects of converting COX₂ are prominent. Thereby reveal Ren-zhu jianwei granula is rational. Meanwhile indicating that C0X₂ maybe the target through which Ren-zhu jianwei granula operate.
