The maim idea of this dissertation is introducing the therapical principles and measures of the stasis blood at the heat blood stage in the epidemic contagious disease to readers .First of all , we discuss the characters of the factors that can induce the blood stasis at the heat blood stage .according to the features of heat blood stage , noxious heat is the most important factor of all kind of damage factors that can induce the blood stasis ,as far as the therapy of blood stasis, we point out that removing the t noxious heat,nourishing the YIN and activating the staglance of blood is the most important and basic principles of therapy . In this article , we don't focus on the deffiency and staglance of QI the treatments of blood stasis . we lay the emphasis that in the course of therapy of blood stasis , the measure of activating the stagnance of QI and nourishing the QI should be subordinate to the other measures , sometime we can even neglect the therapy of them. At last ,we discuss three questions that are related with the blood stasis of heat blood stage.
