Type 2 Diabetes Tcm Typing And Lipid Metabolism

Objective : The paper systematically retrospected and analysed pathogenic factors, pathological changes of type 2 diabetes, investigated the relationship between type 2 diabetes and the disorder of Lipo-metabolism . Then to study the relativity between type 2 diabetes based on syndrome differentiation in TCM and their disorder of Lipo-metabolic indexes.Method : To differentiate the syndrome of 216 cases with type 2 diabetes , and to divide them into five groups: ying-deficiency-yang-superfluity-syndrome, damp-heat-accumulate-spleen-syndrome , Qi and ying-deficiency-syndrome, yin and yang-deficiency -syndrome ,blood-stagnation-syndrome. To carry out examination of Pantcholesterol(TC) , Glycerin Trilaurate(TG) , High Density Lipoprotin(HDL-C) , Low Density Lipoprotin(LDL-C) , Apolipoprotin A1(ApoA1) , Apolipoprotin B(ApoB) and compare them analyfically with five groups to find out some relativity.Result: The extent and types of the disorder of Lipo-metabolism were different: the patient of ying- deficiency-yang-superfluity-syndrome were at the primary stage of the disease, the extent of the disorder of Lipo-metabolism was mild; obesity was a common problem in the patient of damp-heat-accumulate-spleen-syndrome, the extent of the disorder of Lipo-metabolism was severe; the patient of Qi and ying-...
