Object: This trial was designed to explore the Blood Stasis of Diabetes Mellitus further by observing the dynamical development of Diabetes rats model with blood stasis syndrome. Therefore, it can provide a help for the differentiation and treatment of the Blood Stasis. Methods: Diabetes was induced in adult SD rats by intraperitoneal injection of STZ (55mg/kg). The rats were randomly assigned to non-diabetic and diabetic groups, and further subdivided according to their progression: model group 1, model group 2, model group 3. 7 days after injecting is model group 1, 40 days after injecting is model group 2, 70 days after injecting is model group 3. The rats was executed in turn to check there parameter of sublingual collaterals and hemorheology.Result:1. Observing of Sublingual Collaterals: Normal group showed normal condition of the tongue; model group 1 showed blood stasis condition; this condition disappeared in model group 2, and was close to the normal group 1; model group 3 showed light blood stasis condition, which is lighter than model group 1.2. Observing of hemorheology: The every parameter ascended rapidly in model group 1. And there had typical sign of "blood stasis syndrome" in model group 1; The every parameter descended rapidly ,...
