Objective: To research the parameters of blood steam.hemorheology and ET,NOand the expressions of VCAM-1 ,ICAM-1,PECAM-1 within the process of blood stasis syndrome(BSS) changing to construct the multifactors-nonlinear formulas and then to explore the mechanism of blood stasis syndrome(BSS) changing. Methods: The rat models with BSS were made by injection of Adrnine(Adr) andputting into combination of ice and water.Rats were randomisized into nine equal geoups: one was the nomal group and other eight were the model groups. To research the parameters with hemorheology, radiation immunization method , spectrophotometric methods and immuohistochemistry and image analysis ,with the method of documents, to construct the multifactors-nonlinear formulas .Results:1. Using the parameters of hemorheology to construct the multifactors-nonlinear formula of changing of blood stasis syndrome(BSS)Y=580. 351-1734. 228/X8+1403.386/X10-1750.56/X3-3364.2/X1+3. 107 X6-0.09 X(?)2. The formula suggests that blood stasis degree(BSD) changes with power-function.2. Using the parameters of ET and NO to construct the multifactors-nonlinear formula of changing of blood stasis syndrome(BSS)Y=62.916-1408.26/X1+93060.632X2-1.9096.The formula suggests that blood stasis degree(BSD) changes with power- function.3. Using the parameters of the expressions of VCAM-1, ICAM-1,PECAM-1 do not to construct the multifactors-nonlinear formula of changing of blood stasis syndrome(BSS).Conclusions:The BSS model can be established successfully;the multifactors-nonlinear formula of changing of blood stasis syndrome(BSS) can be established successfully;the multifactors-nonlinear formulae suggests that blood stasis degree(BSD) changes with power-function and BSS has an unique essence.
