Tong Mai Tai On Female Study On Ovarian Function In Rats With Kidney - Yang Deficiency

Objective: To study deficient kidney yang female rat's procreational -internal secretion function and the effect of TongMaiDaSheng tablet (TMDST) on deficient kidney yang female rat's ovarian function .Methods: Applying hydrocortisone way to replicate deficient kidney yangfemale rat model, then randomly dividing them into four groups : model group(13), high dosage of TMDST group(11),low dosage of TMDST group(12),jinkuishenqi pill(JKSQP) group(11), setting up blank group(12) in addition. Determining the content of serum estradiol value ,progestogen value by means of gamma radioimmunoassay(RIA), serum Cortisol value by means of enzyme immunoassay (EIA), Observing and stating the content of ovarian index,ovarian follicle,uterus index,stage of endometrium,thymus index ,adrenal index and thyroid index.Rusults : The uterus index,ovarian index, thymus index and thyroid index ofeach group have no difference(P>0.05); Compared with the blank comparison group, the weight of other groups decrease significantly (p<0.05). The adrenal index of the high dosage of TMDST group and the JKSQP group raise up (p<0.05). Compared with the model groups , the secondary follicle numbers and vesicula graafianae number of the high dosage of TMDST group and the JKSQP group are increased (p<0.05); The secretory phase endometrium ratio of the low dosage of TMDST group and the JKSQP group raise up(p<0.05); Compared with the blank comparison group , the serum estradiol of the model group decrease (P<0.05), the comparison of serum progestogen in each group has no difference(P>0.05); The serum Cortisol content of the low dosage of TMDST group and the JKSQP group are higher than other groups (p<0.05).Conclusion:1,Deficient kidney yang female rat's reproduction internal secretion function reduces, displays for the secondary follicle, the mature graafian follicle quantity...
