| Objective: According to the theory of meridian attribution, we observe taxol' s target absorption phenomenon in the small rat body using the method of HPLC, study the acupuncture influence to distribute of taxol in the small rat body and inquiry into its inside mechanism.Methods:In this experiment , we chose the small rat of C57BL/6, who was injected by belly cavity taxol 18 mg/ kg, divided into taxol group , acupuncture "feishu" + taxol group , and the acupuncture"lingtai" + taxol group . We examined taxol content in lung organization of the small rats using the method of HPLC , and compare its difference .Results: In the same time, in the acupuncture "feishu" + taxol group , the taxol content in lung organization is the most obviously among the three groups.Conclusion:When specific acupuncture point or point group were punctured , obvious target effect of specific medicine in body was showed . |
