Spleen Warming Yang To The Treatment Of Children With Persistent Diarrhea Clinical And Experimental Research

Objective:To study the effect and the mechanism of the Yunpiwenyang granule used to treat Infantile Persistent Diarrhea from the clinical and experimental researches.Methods:1. Collected 40 patients of Infantile Persistent Diarrhea and randomly divided into the Yunpiwenyang granule group and the western medicine group, Compared the differences in the two groups on improving patients' main and concomitant symptoms.2. Selected ICR rat and randomly divided into the NS group, the western medicine group, Yunpiwenyang granule high dosage group, Yunpiwenyang granule middle dosage group and Yunpiwenyang granule low dosage group. Compared the different effects among the five groups on controlling diarrhea, diminishing inflammation, restraining stomach creep and easing pain.Results:1. In reducing the times of stool, improving the characters of stool, the Yunpiwenyang group more excelled than the western medicine group by clinical research.2. Yunpiwenyang granule can control the diarrhea that aroused by Fanxieye and can restrain stomach creep that aroused by Neostigmine.
