Regeneration Of Abnormal Immunological Study On TCM Syndrome Of Anemia

Aplastic anemia (AA) is a sort of syndrome characterized by peripheral blood pancytopenia in association with which damage of stem cell of bone marrow and hematopoietic microenviroment on account of various factors(chemistry physics biology and so on)with the result that concentric atrophy of red pulp replaced by fat marrow. There are no malignant cells and proliferation of argyrophilic fibers in bone marrow. Clinically it can be divided into two kinds, that is acute aplastic anemia and chronic aplastic anemia.The respective incidence rate of acute and chronic aplastic anemia is 0.14 and 0.6 in 100 thousand per year.recent epidemiological study makes clear that incidence rate of AA has ascending tendency. That mortality of AAA is very high and CAA defers and repeatedly attacks is still one of the problems puzzling medical domain.Study objective:According to TCM theory, AA was divided into three syndromes, which is essence and Yang deficiency syndrome , essence deficiency and toxin accumulating syndrome,essence deficiency and blood stasis syndrome. This study is to observe immunological change of the syndromes of AA.Methods: we choose 20 AA patients as research group in which 5 cases are essence deficiency and toxin accumulating syndrome,4 cases are essence deficiency and blood stasis syndrome and 11 cases are essence and Yang deficiency syndrome,and choose 10 well-being people as control group.we observe their peripheral blood immunological change such as T-cell subset(CD3+, CD4+ ,CD8+andCD4+/CD8+),immuno globin(IgG, IgA,IgM)and cytokine(sIL-2R, TNF-α).Conclusion: In the essence deficiency and toxin accumulating syndrome,the immunological change is mainly abnormity of cell mediated immunity which is increasing of CD8+ with an inversed CD4+/CD8+. the immunological change of the essence deficiency and blood stasis syndrome is mainly humoral immunity, the immunoglobin(IgG,IgA) is higher compared with control group. The turbulence of immunity of the essence and Yang deficiency syndrome is lighter than others.which is only the low-grade increasing of CD8+ andCD3+ without the inversed CD4+/CD8+.
