Objective:To detect the anti-hypersensitivity effect of Cortex Dictamni' extraction. based on animal model. To research the mechanism of anti-hypersensitivity prelimarily for treating eczema in clinic. Methods: firstly, to detect the diameters of blue plaque on type 1 allergic SD rats models .Secondly, to detect the whole dose of CTX used for the itching guinea pig model caused by histamine. Thirdly, to reserch the the type IV hypersensitivity induced by DNCB, at the same time study the swollen ears of small rats.Result:1. Alldoses of Cortex Dictamni' extraction. can inhibit the buleplaque of SD rats back signifacantly (p<0.01), which means Cortex Dictamni' extraction. can inhibit the type 1 hypersensitivity Cortex Dictamni'extraction.. 2. that large and middle dose group of Cortex Dictamni'extraction. can increase itching threshold (p<0.05),which means Cortex Dictamni' extraction. can stop itching effectively. 3. that large dose group of Cortex Dictamni ' extraction. can inhibit the delayed skinhypersensitivity caused byDNCB, and decrease the swollen ears of small rats(p<0.05).Conclusion: Cortex Dictamni' extraction. can inhibit the type I and IV hypersensitivity effectively.
