Gout Particle Treatment Of Acute Gouty Arthritis And Hyperuricemia In Clinical Studies

Purpose:Observe clinical curative effect of the gout grain to the acutegout arthrites and the hyperuricemia disease. Methods:randomly dividing 60 cases of gout patient into two groups (30cases of gout grain and 30 cases of Colchicine ), apply treatment for 7 days, then we can observe symptom, time of reliev ing pain and erythrocyte sedimentation rate. After 7 days , the cases of gout grain continue, the other cases start to take AUopurinol for 28 days. we can observe blood uric acid, blood urea nitrogen , blood creatinine, glutamic-pyruvic transaminase and bad reaction of traditional Chinese medicine, etc.Results:The gout grain can alleviate the ache of articulationquickly,with the better function of relivering pain than Colchicine. The gout grain reduce the acidemia of the urine effectively, which better than AUopurinol , and can' t damage the function of kidney & liver.Conclution:T he gout grain has the function to reduce pain and tumescence, and to lower the blood uric acid.
