Begin praxiology evaluation from the 1st day after operation .Kill every six rats in every group at 1st week, 2nd week, 4th week, 6th week, do cell morphology examination with spinal tissue .Results: Through praxiology evalution, In cusuta chinensis Lam extraction oneand cusuta chinensis Lam extraction sencond group, index like motion, feeling and collectivity grade have superiority over the ones in other groups, P ∠ 0.05;microanatomy results show growing speeding of spinal nerve fiber and recovery of caryon of tigroid body obviously surpass the ones in other groups. P∠0.05.Conclusion : The way inserting cusuta chinensis Lam extraction into the injury totreat acute injury at spinal is safe, direct, approachable with medicine locally absorbed fast and lasting for a long time . And the way completely corresponding with treatment requirement to animal experiment injury at spinal has positive function for spinal repair and function restoration.
