Study On Mechanism Of Research On The Experience Of Local Development Of Traditional Chinese Medicine In Jilin Province In Recent Ten Years

The development of traditional Chinese medicine in Jilin Province from 2009 to2017 is learned from literature analysis,informed interviews and data analysis.The ideas and top-level design,measures and tasks,implementation results and evaluation of the development of traditional Chinese medicine in Jilin Province in the past ten years had been mastered.Through the systematic analysis of the development of traditional Chinese medicine in Jilin Province from 2009 to 2017,the development experience of traditional Chinese medicine in Jilin Province was summarized,and the development law of traditional Chinese medicine in Jilin Province was grasped.At the same time,I hope to provide some theoretical basis for the formulation of Chinese medicine development policies,measures and regulations for the competent departments of the Chinese medicine industry,and provide reference for the development of Chinese medicine in other areas.The whole text is divided into seven parts,the first part introduces the research background,purpose,significance and methods of this paper.The second part introduces the research of foreign traditional Chinese medicine,the overview of the national traditional Chinese medicine policy,the development characteristics of Chinese medicine in various regions and the principles of Jilin Province's traditional Chinese medicine.The third part introduces the Chinese medicine in Jilin Province from 2009 to 2017 under the background of the national traditional Chinese medicine policy and the development policy of Jilin Province's traditional Chinese medicine.This part is carried out by quantitative and quality analysis from the perspective of medical service capacity,talent team,scientific and technological management and other six aspects.The fourth part summarizes the characteristics of the development of traditional Chinese medicine in Jilin Province.The fifth part analyses and summarizes the problems such as uneven allocation of resources of traditional Chinese medicine,inadequate talent reserve in the development of traditional Chinese medicine in Jilin Province under the development of traditional Chinese medicine.The sixth part puts forward suggestions for developmentaccording to the problems.The seventh part is a conclusion which clarifies the academic value of Jilin Province's experience of TCM development in the past ten years,and points out the innovative points and deficiencies of the paper.
