The incidence rate of the chronic pelvic inflammatory disease is increasing constantly in recent years, and it is difficult to heal well because of its inseparable character. The big error area is occurred sometimes in healing. The disease is healed commonly in terms of the moist heat and therapeutic effect is not well enough. But my advisor, she respects ancient scholar and is not restricted by ancient books. Based on long-term clinic practice , she neatly applies the theory of the Traditional Chinese Medicine and summarizes a particular methods which can heal the disease very well. My advisor considers that the mechanism of the disease is asthenia in origin and asthenia in superficiality and deficiency in origin is primary. Deficiency in origin chiefly is insufficiency of Vital Qi, simultaneous asthenia of the spleen and kidney; and asthenia in superficiality belongs to the cumulation of the toxin and stasis in the uterus, the obstruction of QI-blood circulation is to result in uterus meridians blockage. The good therapeutic effect is achieved in healing the disease through the methods warming the kidney and strengthening spleen, resolves toxin and stasis by my advisor. It is important to prevent the recurrent attacks of this disease .which is difficult to cure. Western medicine treatment is not very ideal, therefore ,clinical cure this disease to much regard Chinese medicine as principle. Predecessor regards "moist heat" as the main pathogenesis, but my tutor regard "asthenia renal, cold accumulation, blood stasis" as the main pathogenesis , and "stagnation of liver with deficiency of the spleen" hold important position. My tutor cheat the disease with warming kidney, dispersing the depressed liver-energy, invigorating the spleen, promoting blood flow. and obtained the ideal treatment result.
