Jinzhong City On Infectious Diseases In The Omission Of The Factor Analysis,

Objective To control the missing information of infection disease (ID)in the medical institution in JinZhong city Shanxi province.To search the principal influence factor about it so as to standardize the ID reports,to increase the quality of ID. Object and Methods 1The survey object:To survey in stratified sampling among the missing information of ID,the administrative of ID report,the grasping ID knowledge of medical personnel in the part of medical institution of the city,the county,the industry,the countryside,the village (five degrade) in JinZhong .2 The survey methods: To consult retrospective data of ID and questionnaire.3 Analysis methods: To description in statistical analysis about the missing information of ID,the administrative ID report,the medical personnel to grasp the IDknowledge in the different region and scale medical institution ,and to analyse the principal factor influence them.Results 1 The percentage of the missing information of ID:the overall rate is 5.29%, in different scale medical institution ,it is the highest in the village ,it is 12.96%,the second to it is 7.32% in the countryside,the lowest is zero in the city,there are very important significance among them.Another side ,in different region medical institution ,the DongShan is higher than Sounthern TongPu,there are also significance between them.2 The administrativeID report:the rate of organization perfect is 95.50%,the rate of administrative regime perfect is 80.03%,the rate of carring out perfect is 77.25%.In different scale medical...
