Construction Project Of A Coal Tar Processing Occupational Hazard Survey And Evaluation

Objective According to the control effect evaluation data of the occupational hazards from a coal tar processing company which can dispose 300,000 tons coal tar every year. We study and analyze the style of the occupational hazards during the coal tar processing and equipment using. Also we evaluate the relationship between the occupational hazards and the health level of the labor. Besides, we give reasonable and feasible occupational protective measure. We will probe the problem in the occupational hazards evaluation at the present stage and provide evidence to evolve the constructive evaluation work better. Methods Based on the standard for the occupational hazards control effect evaluation in the constructive item, we will go further investigate and analyze the evaluation contents step by step. We get the process of the production, identify the harmful factors and the contact mode and time, detect the level of the occupational hazards in the workplace and the level of personal contact, then statistics and analyze the result. According to the national law and standards, we will evaluate and analyze the evaluation contents item by item, then judge whether it is consistent with the laws and national hygienic standard and the related request. Results The carbon dust concentration in casing post carbon workshop, the B(a)p concentration in some workplace of bitumen petroleum storage depot workshop and the noise before the furnace in carbon workshop doesn't achieve the national occupational health standards. The occupational sanitary requirement, the site of a factory, plane and vertical arrangement of the factory, shielding institution arrangement, uncomfortable loudness level, noise shielding institution, first-aid institution, the institutions in the ancillary room, the personal shielding institution arrangement and the occupational health supervision generally achieve the related national standards. Conclusions In the coal tar processing, the harmful factors are the series of benzene, polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbon, phenolics and CO which is used in the process of production. Based on the evaluation of the control and effect of the occupational harm to the coal tar processing constructive item, we can get the conclusion that the most equipment in the coal tar processing is arranged outdoor and produced airtight, it won't have an great effect on the human body in the normal processing. We should prevent the acute toxic substance from having effect on the laborer health in the overhauling and accident, and the harmful effect of the polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbon in the processing should be thought highly. Based on the actual producing condition, we should consummate the equipment against the toxicants,dust and noise, insure that the concentration of the occupational harm factors in the workplace is consistent with the national standards of occupational health and avoid the occurrence of the occupational disease.
