Study Of The "double Solid Links" Pin On The Role Of Hyperthyroid Cardiomyopathy In Rat Ventricular Hypertrophy Index

Objective: To research the effect of "ShuangguYitong" acupuncture-therapy on myocardium of left and right ventricle exponents on cardiomyopathy of hyperthyreosis rats.Methods: 30 SD rats were randomly divided into 3 groups: blank group(n=10,blank); model group(n=10,model non-needling); "ShuangguYitong" acupuncture-therapy group(n=10,model and electric needling Guanyuan, Zusanli and Neiguan acupoint). The animal model was made with L-Thy injection at the abdominal cavity. And 28 days later, we measured body weight and rectal temperature of the rats when ending therapy. Reported the ECG and calculated HR. T3,T4 concentration are detected. Myocardium of left and right ventricle exponents were detected and the cardiac muscle cellular structure were observed under HE dyeing light microscope and determin the cell diameter. Adopted Masson's dyeing to determine CVF, TEM to ultramicrostructure. Results: 1 .Compared with Blank control group, the body temperature in Model group and "ShuangguYitong" acupuncture-therapy group steped up obviously(P<0.05), body weight decreased significantly(P<0.05 ),and HR increased obviously (P<0.05) .But Compared with Model group, HR in "ShuangguYitong" acupuncture-therapy group decreased significantly (P<0.05 ) ,while body weight and temperature had no significant...
