| Objective: Bone marrow stem cells (BMSCs) is the hot spot in the field of stemcells .The study about its multi-directional differentiation is emerging in endlessly. In some induced condition BMSCs can be differented into multifunctional cells, and shape various kinds of tissues and organs. Some experiments have testified that BMSCs may be induced like neuronal, myogenic, vascular endothelial and liver cells. In vivo or vitro experiments have appoved that BMSCs can be diffenertiated into hepatic parenchymal cells by hepatocyte growth factor(HGF) and the organ-specific environment. But using the Chinese herbal medicine to diffenertiate bone marrow stem cells into liver cells is rare. Tidu Hugan recipe is composed of astrgalus,zedory and phyllanthus with some proportion. Tidu Hugan recipe is my advistor- Nie professor's empirical recipe, who summarize it through his long-term experental and clinical study.
