ObjectiveVascular complications of diabetes is a common and frequently complications of diabetes patients .They always have vascular complications when they blood glucose were high. Research shows in the new diabetes patients, nearly half of them have varying degrees Vascular complications, the vascular complications of diabetes threaten the health of human seriously. Currently, there is no effective means of treatment to it. Yanhusuo is a Chinese medicine commonly used in clinical . It has character of worm and its sapour pungent and bitter. It mainly contains the gas running and pain healing effectiveness. In the treatment of diabetes major using its active blood effectiveness. It achieve a better efficacy in long-term clinical1.Endothelin(ET), thromboxaneA2(TXA2) and PGI2 are the three important indexes that characterize the function of vascular endoththelium. we discuss the action mechanism of effect of Yanhusuo on Vascular complications of diabetes. MethodMale sixty Sprague Dawley(SD) mice weighing about 180—200g were selected. Twenty of them were random selected as normal contral group and the rest injected with streptozotocin(STZ). They are all be fed with basic diet. Their blood glucose levels were measured after two weeks and the mice with abnormal glucose tolerance were fed with hyperglycemia and hyperlipidemia diet for ten weeks. The abnormal glucose tolerance mice were randomly divided into model group and Yanhusuo group with each number of twenty. While the normal contral group were fed with basic diet, the mice with more food, more urine, overloading, high blood glucose were as a successful model (blood glucose >11.1mmol/l). Yanhusuo Group were intragastricly administered Yanhusuo juice by 1ml/100g, while the model group and normal control group were intragastricly administered with saline injection. Treating is last two weeks. The changes of body weight , eating, urine volume and blood glucose of three groups wrer observed. After eating the drug at the end of 12 hours, Clusters dependence 4-6 ml of blood to the belly aortic. The contents of ET, TXB2, 6-keto-PGF1a were measured . the blood glucose were measured either. The testing results were said to x ±s. Using t tests comparing samples. Results1. Yanhusuo has no obvious impact with blood glucose of type 2 diabetes experimental rats. The blood glucose of type 2 diabetes experimental rats on 0min,30min, 60min and 120min were compared no apparent differences (p>0. 05). It indicated that Yanhusuo has little effect on blood glucose.
