Clinical Studies Of Sepsis Morbidity Condition And Syndrome Characteristics

The thesis consists of two parts, summaries of documents, a clinic research.The summaries consist of two parts. The first is about the research progress of the cause of Sepsis in fifteen years. Because the cause of Sepsis is complex, these researches appear with different grades and levels and they overlap with each other. Nowadays the consolidated theory of Sepsis hasn't been formed. We introduce these fragmentary documents in several phases: the definition of Sepsis, the standard of diagnoses, the cause of Sepsis and the evolution of therapy. The second part is the discussion of the Sepsis's research result of Chinese medicine System. There are two parts: 1.the traditional Chinese medicine's view of Sepsis, including the treatment of traditional Chinese medicine; 2. the contemporaneous Chinese medicine's view of Sepsis, including applying with the explanation of herbs in western medicine to settle some problems, applying with the pattern identification theory of Chinese medicine in some phrase of Sepsis, researching the systemic pattern identification of Chinese medicine in the overall process of Sepsis.In the clinic research we choose 64 patients who were diagnosed Sepsis from January to December in 2005. We analyze the incidence and mortality rate of Sepsis, and also we conclude the Traditional Chinese Symptomatology of Sepsis. We conclude and discuss the incidence and mortality rate of Sepsis from the difference of section, age, sex and time, in order to instruct the preventability, diagnosis, therapy, and to reduce the incidence and mortality rate. On the side of Chinese medicine, we conclude the incidence and mortality rate of Xu and Shi, using six-channel pattern identification, Wei-qi-ying-xue pattern identification, and three-channel pattern identification. We hope the Chinese medicine can make a grate function in preventability and therapy of Sepsis.
