Fever of unknown origin (FUO) is familiar in the infection department. Most of fever is resulted in by one disease. After having made a specific diagnosis, we usually ignore other disease easily so as to bring immensurable loss to patients. This article reports a FUO patient who had typhoid fever and drug eruption and systemic lupus erythematosus at one time. It gives a clew that we should be prived with pluralistic diagnosis thinking. On the other hand, as doctors of the infection department, we must master general knowledge in order to avoid bungleing state of illness during diagnosis and treat.
