The study screened the extracting method and ingredient proportion of YPF powder with immunocompetence and anti-virus activity, by which we concluded that the aqueous extract of Yupingfeng powder with Huangqi : Baizhu : Fangfeng (4 : 4 : 1)has the relative better pharmacological activity. ObjectFocusing on synchronization study of extraction,chemical components and effects,We selected YPF powder as our object recipe. Through separation and recomposition of the chemical parts, we explored the substance basis of Yupingfeng San which can prevent the respiratory virosis. Aiming to optimize the composition of chemical parts,a new reseach model established on"the general effect of composite recipe is represented by interaction among multiple ingredients"will be developed to explode the"secret"of substance basis. Methods1. To extract the chemical fractions of Yupingfeng Powder First, the aqueous extract of Yupingfeng Powder were obtained, according to physico-chemical property of the effective ingredients in the Yupingfeng Powder, we extracted four chemical fractions with different solvent,which were acetic ether extractive, n-butanol extractive, ethanol precipitate, ethanol extractive.2. To investigate the immunologic and anti-virus effects of chemical fractions composition of Yupingfeng Powder.The experiments were arranged according to orthogonal design table L 8(2 7).
