Myocardial ischemia is caused by the imbalance between coronary blood flow and cardiac muscle's requirement. Clinic study discover that CHD is the most main and common cause of Myocardial ischemia. CHD is common disease to do harm to middle-age and ole-age people's health; clinical materials also indicate that treatment of CHD by blood stasis can achieve favorable curative effect. So the basic research of the CHD Myocardial ischemia and blood stasis syndrome based on animal model has important sense for clinical diagnosis and treatment. ObjectiveBy the observation for the changes of relative indexes of chronic myocardial ischemic model of small pig with CHD made by ameroid constrictor, investigating the changeful regularly of relative indexes for model of myocardial ischemic blood stasis syndrome, so as to offer new methods for establish CHD blood stasis syndrome model and offer new reason for building model of combination of diseases and syndromes.Methods1 Use pigs as experimental animals, 18 healthy pigs were randomly divided into model group ( 12 )and sham operation group( 6) .After thoracotomy and pericardiectomy, ameroid constrictor was then implanted around the LAD.the operation of the sham operation group is the same with the model group, but be not placed ameriod constrictor. After operation,feed the pigs as usual for 8-10 weeks.Selective coronary angiography were performed after 4-6 weeks, and Echocardiography study were conducted pre and 4-6 weeks,8-10 weeks post surgery respectively to evaluate the degree of stenosis and myocardial function.Ecocardiography studies including the images of six standard planes (parasternal long axis, short axis at bicuspid level,papillary muscle level,cardiac apex level,apical four chambers, apical two chambers) , Adopting LVEDd, LVEDs, IVST, LVAW thickness (bicuspid level,papillary muscle level,cardiac apex level), EDV, ESV,Peak early diastolic velocity, Peak late diastolic velocity, etc, and calculating EF, FS, SV,△T%. The result dealt with SPSS 12.0 software.
