Objectives: Cerebrovascular disease is one of the three main diseases which always cause the patients to death ,and at the same time,cerebral infarction is taking up 65 percent of all the cerebrovas cular diseases,and its tendency is going up ,it also does much harm to people's health. This article mainly through the clinical research of the offect of Qigedan Infusion to find some useful ways to cure the disease of the arteriosclerotic cerebral infarction with Qi deficiency and blood stasis.Methods: During the course of research ,we selected 126 patients with this disease ,and divided them into two groups with random ,each with 63 members .One group is called treatment group , the other is called comparing group .On the basis of formal treatment to the original disease or even complicating disease ,the treatment group take Qigedan Infusion orally 10g one time ,and three times a day .Twenty days named a course .The comparing group take the Complex Presciption with Dan-shen Root four pills one time ,and three times a day , also 20 days a cowrse .The way to check the data is to test "t"in pairs ,the whole curative effect is tested with " x~2"and Redit.Results: As to the comparing group , the treatment group'blood fat is lowered obviously (P<0.01), the blood flow also improved obviously(P<0.05)or very obviously (P<0.01), there's an obvious difference in general effectiveness (P<0.01).Corelusion: Qigedan Infusion has more advantages on decreasing the blood fat ,improving the condition of blood flow than the complex Prescription with Dan-shen Root ,it do much help on the recovering of hemiparalysis and aphasis ,and its security effect is as believable .
