Treatment Of Cervical Spondylotic Myelopathy

This article is to review the cervical shoulder radicular pain and basic theries of cervical spondylotic myelopathy in Traditional Chinese Medicine, through the literature about this disease in Traditional Chinese Medicine. According to the etiological factors, pathogenesis, diagnosis and treatment of cervical spondylotic myelopathy treatment methods to diagnose and treat this disease.Based on the common characteristics of cervical spondylotic myelopathy select 29 indices concerned with pathogenesis to establish the standards for bringing into research objects,And clarify the possibility of diagnosing cervical spondylotic myelopathy in early stage,filtrate paroxysm indices of clinic image and electrophysiology of this disease through the one to two years (coverage 1.5 years)observation of 42 patients who were accord with the standards,and the contrast research of ever index in operation group and non-operation group.As a result, evolutive 14 patients of cervical spondylotic myelopathy took the operation treatment in early stage and had good effect after operation. 13 indices were closely correlated with the pathogenesis of cervical spondylotic myelopathy.The conclusion can be drawn that it is possible to diagnose cervical spondylotic myelopathy in early stage.
