The Compound Particles Gk Rats With Lipid Abnormalities Affect Experimental Research

Objective: To observe the function and mechanism of Shenqi Polyharmaceutical on how to regulate and influnce diabetic rat's blood glucose, blood lipid and improving of lipid abnormalities condition.Method: Select natrual diabetes rat model named GK rat and ordinary rats named Wistar rat. According to different blood glucose levels, randomly divided the rats into normal group; Shenqi Polypharmaceutical (high dosage and low dosage) groups; blank group and Ramipril group respectively. After four weeks treatment, detecting the rat's FPG, body weight, FFA, GSP and various of blood lipoproteins, such as CHOL—C, LDL—C, HDL—C and VLDL—C, and including the dense and small LDL in serum. Finally according to the experiment results to analyze differents mechanism of Shenqi Polyharmaceutical therapy effects.Results: First, Shenqi Polyharmaceutical has the function of regulating blood glucose, but for the rat's weight, it has no special effects. Second , Shenqi Polyharmaceutical can obviously improve the condition of rat's lipid abnormalities. Such as decrease the triglyceride levels and VLDL—Cholesterol levels, especially for the ox—LDL levels in serum, but has no effect for increasing HDL — Cholesterol levels. Moreover to limit and prevent the occurrence rate and development of atherosclerosis. Meanwhile, Shenqi Polyharmaceutical can also amend the resistence of insulin condition.Conclusion: Shenqi Polyharmaceutical can act in multiple ways and levels to regulate and improve natural diabetes rat's lipid abnormalities conditions.
