The main causes of pathophysiological mechanisms of atrial fibrillation are the existing of exceptional pacing focal, abnormal electric-activity of atrail cells, abnormal changes in atrial ion-channels. At present, treatments for atrial fibrillation include druggery treatment and non-druggery treatment. The strategy of druggery treatment have been turned into ventricle rhythm controlling from transforming into sinus rhythm, and at the same time, we have also attached importance to anti-prothrombin treatment.
